London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·

Our amazing London Marathon team are taking on 26.2 miles to raise funds to improve diagnosis and treatment, and to fund research into a cure.

Story

Please help me raise funds for this great charity who help those suffering from these dehabilitating conditions.

I myself have had Crohn’s since my teens, having had part of my small and large bowel removed during my 1st year at University. In those days little was known about the illness and its long-term impacts, so any money raised, however small, will continue to help those suffering and raise  awareness.

The Virgin Money London Marathon is the worlds biggest one-day fundraising event. The incredible course and amazing atmosphere have established it as one of the World Marathon Majors and a must-do on many bucket-lists. Running against a backdrop of roaring crowds, our incredible team will take on 26.2 miles passing the most iconic landmarks in this beautiful city. Every penny raised from the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon will enable critical research, support and awareness about Crohn's and Colitis making a different to the thousands of people living with these lifelong conditions.
