Over the six days from 2nd to 7th May 2012 I will be joining a group of intrepid colleagues and friends, each of whom have been either inspired by a story of or directly affected by cancer of some sort, on a 500 mile ride from John O' Groats to Newcastle in aid of the Freeman Hospital's Bright Red Charity.

They are a brilliant charity and our aim is to attempt to raise £30,000 which will fund an outreach nurse for a year from our efforts.
