In June 2023, I will be taking part in Ultra X's 250km, 5 day ultramarathon across the beautiful landscape in Tanzania. 

This is a minimum of a marathon a day, with the longest day being 67km. The overall elevation is some 7102 metres, taking in some ascent up Kilimanjaro itself. 

My father died from suicide some 21 years ago - the impact it has on families is immeasurable. PAPYRUS' work includes education and support to prevent young lives ending too soon. Hence my decision to support their work. 

I am conscious that we are living in challenging times, but any contribution to this fantastic charity is hugely valued and their work to support those in need and help to save unnecessary loss of life.
