Here we go again! My 7th Great South Run and once more I am raising funds for Alzheimer's Society. Please help me hit the £1000 total raised - I'm currently at £899, so not far to go. It's a good cause as dementia is a horrible disease that could strike any one of us, so please give what you can.

For the record I'm hoping to complete the 10miles in 1hr 25mins!
