Having had family, friends and work colleagues suffer with Mental Health issues I want to give something back and ask for your support help those effected directly or indirectly.

Whooop Whooop ! Did it in 6 hours 52 minutes riding time. Up at 3 Am and down to Kempton Park, started at 7.50 am and had a blast. The weather closed in at 30 miles so 45 more in the rain and lots of mud. Some of the hills were killers but managed it and ended in one piece but wet, muddy and cold. Thanks for all the support and to my family for waiting in the rain to collect me.
