Feb 2017:

Agnes is now 5 and her health is having a bit of a bump. She's been admitted to hospital for the second time in 6 months due to a mass of gunk in her right lung. 

We just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU! to everyone who donated - we really are so touched by such amazing generosity and really didn't expect to raise so much.

The CF Trust, alongside the NHS and various drug companies and research in other countries, is working towards a variety of 'cures' and treatments to make the lives of those with CF an easier and longer ride. Every penny helps so thank you all so much for helping towards making Agnes' life fuller and longer.

It's been a long and initially traumatic journey, but our beautiful wee girl will be one on Sunday 5th August 2012.

Instead of any presents, we would much rather our friends made a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

As most of you probably know Agnes has Cystic Fibrosis which is one of the UK's most common life-threatening, inherited diseases. There is currently no cure and the average life expenctancy is 38 years. We desperately hope that the research the CF Trust supports will help Agnes and those like her's lives be heathier and longer.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the UK's only national charity dealing with all aspects of Cystic Fibrosis.
