The RNLI Tower Run is one of Londons biggest stair climb challenges, which is raising money to support the RNLIs lifesaving work in London. Your donations will help us build an urgently needed new lifeboat station, so we can keep saving

Story

On the 22nd October (yep, that soon!), I am stepping to save lives by taking part in the RNLI Tower Run. And, for a guy that hates stairs to begin with, I'll be doing this in full Lifeboat Crew kit. This includes heavy books, waterproof clothing and a life jacket!!

Tower Lifeboat Station is the busiest in the UK, but with facilities that are no longer fit for purpose, its your support that will make all the difference. Every pound and penny raised in this appeal will go towards building the new Tower Lifeboat Station, a crucial asset that will allow us to carry on our lifesaving mission.

The new lifeboat station has been designed around what is most important to us, casualties. There has been a lot of input from the crew for what actually happens on our unique patch of water (I'd say the best patch!). We deal from everything from animals in the water to the most critical medical emergencies.

By donating you'll help me reach my target of £500 and will be making a valuable contribution to the city of London by providing modern facilities for our lifeboats, crews and casualties - positively impacting thousands of people and helping save hundreds of lives for decades to come.

Thank you for your support!
