Story

Thanks for visiting my Just Giving page!

I have been selected to take part in a GOLD (Guiding Overseas Linked with Development) trip to Peru in summer 2017.

GOLD in Peru will be working on:

- Giving girls the skills they need to be confident and organised

- Training older girls to lead activities for themselves- and supporting leaders to make this sustainable

- Working with the national board to develop the sustainable recruitment of leaders

Guiding provides a place where girls can continue to learn,
gain confidence, develop skills, and of course have fun along the way. By empowering these girls and young women, we can give them a better chance in life and help them reach their potential. By training new leaders and developing recruitment and retention strategies, we can ensure that many more women can benefit from being a member
of guiding.
