Dear friends and family,

On the 1st to 5th September I will be cycling from London to Paris for The Royal British Legion. 

So to answer the first questions most people ask. Am I mad ? Yes quite possibly. Do I know its a long way ? Yes I am mad don't you know. What made you decide to do that ? Well I was given the opportunity at work and it was for charity plus I am a little MAD...

So, yes it is my birthday weekend, and I will be away from the family but it's for a very good charity, an experience I wont get asked to do every day and you know I'm a little mad...

It is going to be a big challenge and it is a very long way but I'm going to put in 110%, train hard to make it to the end :-)

So please if you can help sponsor me either because you want to help the charity or because you like the idea of me causing myself pain every penny would help.

I will try and keep you updated as I go and hope to raise as much money as I can.
