Thanks for taking the time to visit my justgiving page. It is a scary statistic that 1 in 2 people will get cancer sometime during their life, so it is inevitable that we all know someone who has been diagnosed. Velindre Cancer Centre provide support and treatment when they need it most.

I have signed up to take part in the Cardiff half marathon in memory of my Dad. Just over three years ago my Dad received the devastating news that he had oesophageal cancer. Velindre provided an amazing level of help and support for him whilst he underwent treatment there. Unfortunately as the cancer wasn't curable the treatment was to give my dad the best life possible. In May 2017 my dad lost his battle.

I would love to raise as much money as possible so they can continue to help and save peoples lives. Any donation would be very much appreciated.
