Sadly my mother lived with FTD dementia for 6 years and passed away in April. In her memory I will be completing Ironman Wales Triathlon on September 11th 2022 in order to raise money for the Dementia Research Fund ran by the National Brain Appeal. 

A Ironman event consists of a:

2.4 mile Swim 

112 mile Cycle

26.2 mile Run
