I am trekking the National Three Peaks Challenge for Dementia UK as this is a cause very close to my heart. 

My grandad was diagnosed with dementia in 2016 after the emotional passing of my gran. Over the past 2 years it has been a difficult time to see this disease take over and I want to be able to support Dementia UK in providing specialist dementia care to patients through their Admiral Nurse Service.
