Hi everyone,

On December 1st I will be joining in the 5km Santa Fun Run in Marlow with other members from CIPHR in order to raise money for Thames Valley Air Ambulance! 

I am looking to raise £100 for such a good cause and any amount of donation will be much appreciated. 

If you are available on the day and would like to see me near enough passing out in a Santa Costume please come along, if you can't make it  we'll have you there in Christmas Spirit!
