Story

I hate running. However, I love helping the kids and would love it even more if you could help me help them. I'm running all 26.2 miles across New York for Help a Capital Child (HCC), a brilliant charity that aims to help disadvantaged young people in London's less looked-after communities. HCC awards hundreds of small grants to local projects and several major grants to build lasting legacies that hopefully provide vital support for young people facing issues such as abuse, homelessness, disability, poverty and/or illness.

In london, 1 in 3 children lives below the poverty line and HCC was able to award just over £1.5 million to worthy causes during 2010/2011.

As I said at the start: I hate running - every single minute of it - however I love helping the kids, london's kids, and I would be eternally grateful if you could please support this fantastic cause.

Thanks

Alex
