In September my Dad and sisters will be walking the Great Wall of China with a whole group of other people from all around the world and it's all for a good cause. They intend to raise money for Friends of Newick House and the National Autistic Society which helps Autistic children.

I was hoping to go on the trip; but have been advised that my history of asthma (and - to be honest - cigarettes) makes this too risky.  I have split the money raised so far with my sisters...
