I'm pedalling for Smart Works Reading, an amazing charity that gives unemployed women in need the clothing, coaching and confidence to succeed at a job interview. I've volunteered for the past six months so I've seen first-hand how this brilliantly effective intervention helps women land a job and transform their lives.
