Sarah, Eme, Alex and Jo are all Smart Works Reading Trustees and along with Jo's partner, Jim, are raising money for the Smart Works centre serving the Thames Valley.

Despite not being on the right side of 40 and limited cycling experience (apart from Jim) we're taking on the Cycle challenge to raise money for a cause we all passionately believe in. Through our involvement in Smart Works Reading, we know the difference our service can make to building women’s confidence and self-belief to land a job – 60% of women who go through our service go on to secure employment.
