I have created this page to contribute to Warwickshire 2023 Festival. 

As someone who mostly sits in front of his laptop and does almost no exercise during the day, I am creating a challenge for myself. I have arthritis in both knees, fatty liver, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, hypothyroidism and vertigo. In the next 75 days, I will walk 1 million steps. That is over 13K steps a day. Who knows? Maybe I will reach my target before my deadline and add on top of it. 

It starts on 14 February 2022.

It may mean an ordinary day for some but it is a big challenge for me. I will update the website regularly. Please support me in this challenge!
