I have, maybe over confidently, maybe stupidly signed myself up for the T100 triathlon in London on the 28th July. I am nervous and excited to take part in such a huge event and it’s going to take everything I’ve got to complete it, in both physical and mental endurance. HOWEVER knowing that I am doing it to raise money for such an incredible charity will help me to persevere. This is a charity that is close to my heart and they do such amazing work for those in need.
