In September we are both taking on the challenge to do the Great North run the most famous half marathon in the uk.  Total of 13.1miles from Newcastle to South Shields. 

The air ambulance is a charity close to me heart as it attended the scene of 2 of my friends accidents trying there best to save there life's.
