Story
This October I am going to be running the Royal Parks half marathon in aid of Grief Encounter. I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Grief Encounter when I tragically lost my brother 10 years ago. The charity arranged therapy to support me during some of the darkest months of my life and help me to process my grief as a young adult.
Since then I have been actively involved with the charity and continue to be amazed by the work they do for children and young adults across the country.
Grief Encounter offers free bereavement services tailored to each child’s needs, helping them heal and rebuild their lives.
I would love to use this physical challenge as an opportunity to give back to a charity who support so many people suffering from grief each year.
Please donate whatever you can and thank you so much in advance!
