for Myeloma UK as my amazing Dad has been diagnosed with Myeloma, a type of blood cancer.

Myeloma, is a type of bone marrow cancer. Bone marrow is the spongy tissue at the centre of some bones that produces the body's blood cells.

I started the C25K program 3 weeks before lockdown #1 in February 2020. I realised that I actually enjoyed running & have now joined a local running club - Shinfield Running club.
