To be honest I was going to run this on my own - quietly, but all places were taken so I have to run for a charity! I chose the NCH because they also do work in Zimbabwe and currently provide a home for 120 children in Harare. I'll be sure to visit it when I'm next home.

This is low key event but it's a good cause and absolutely any amount would be most appreciated. I'm hoping to finish the race in under two hours. I've done a fair bit of running in the past and since this is a flat race and at sea level, I have no excuses!
