Story

Welcome to my Just Giving fundraising page. On 24th May, I am running the 2026 Edinburgh Half Marathon to raise as much money as possible for Bowel Cancer UK. I am running this half marathon in memory of my sister Nicky who died aged 48 in November 2025. She was a keen runner and she ran a half marathon two weeks before she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in November 2020. She courageously fought this brutal disease for 5 years before her death last year. Running a half marathon won't be easy for me, but I will do it with her as my inspiration. Any support you can give to me to raise as much money as possible for Bowel Cancer UK would be most appreciated.
