Story
On 2nd April, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise as much as possible for the RSPCA.
Having visited the centre and shown around by the lovely Debbie, I have seen how incredible and vital their work is to help so many animals. Last year alone they managed to rehome 660 pets!
Their site looks after dogs, cats, and other small animals, but also has an education to support young people; an animal medical centre; training facilities; accommodation used as a stepping stone to introduce dogs to home environments; and lots of sensory
and open space for the animals to enjoy and become more confident.
The centre is huge – around 72 acres - and has just as big plans to grow and further support animals and people. That’s why I’m aiming to raise as much as possible for the centre and the amazing work they do to help.
