When I was born I was very poorly and I know that my life could have been very different. I know that I am so lucky to be able to be independent, walk and communicate.
I have met some of the children who go to Pace.
I have seen some of the therapist from the child and family centre too.
The children at Pace have to work so hard to do the things I do every day. And I can see how the school can help children learn just like me. I can also see how much going to Pace helps the children to do all thing they need to do. Communicate: move around on their own and learnt to be independant.
I know that there are things that are different between and the Pace children, but I see the things that are the same. I love to dance and sing, I love to watch my tablet and play games - just like the children at Pace. THE ONE DIFFERENCE I CAN SEE IS THEY ARE BRAVE AND THEY REALLY WANT TO PUSH THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE.
They inspire me !
