Hello everyone,

I’m not quite up for running even a mini-marathon but decided to challenge my increasing fear of heights instead.  I did not use to have an issue with it, seems to come with age and as I want to continue young...

 Hope you’re all well (and saner than me...)

 

 I- and some other mad girls, the Clingos - will be abseiling (rappelling) down Guy’s Hospital Tower which is approx 500 feet/ 150m – not that much but still higher than the London Eye and equivalent to a 35^th floor.
