28 August 2020 Update:  My FIRST Sprint Triathlon, my own personal target, completed my challenge.  A very respectable 336.45 miles run/cycled and £358.00 raised! Very happy to have been part of the NCC Virtual Miles Challenge team.  It's been fun!

22 August 2020 Update:  300 miles achieved!  Final week now of the challenge.

6 August 2020 Update: Second target of 196 miles achieved!  As I made the commitment to continue the challenge until 28 August 2020 and as people are still very kindly donating, I will continue to monitor mileage until then.

22 July 2020 Update: First target of 98 miles achieved!  Second target is to double the mileage and achieve 196 miles.

My goal is to jog & cycle a minimum of 98 miles*, which is the distance between NCC - Epping Forest Campus (where I am based) to Stonehenge, Salisbury.   I will be drawing on my determination to get me through the challenge.  As a physically active person with plenty of self motivation, I feel this will be quite doable.

The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from
their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people.
It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but
it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking
organisations.
