As some of you may know, one of my closest friend’s nephew has been diagnosed with a life shortening brain disease. Ty Hafan are currently offering wonderful support and respite to Thomas and his family. He may not be a blood relative but this has hit us all in an unimaginable way. Raising funds by taking part in the Cardiff half is my little way of saying thank you to Ty Hafan and the amazing work that they do.
