So after binning the trainers straight after the Tenby marathon in July, it is time to get out there again!
As some of you may know, one of my closest friend’s nephew was diagnosed with adrenoleukodystrophy, a life shortening brain disease. Unfortunately Thomas lost his brave 18 month battle inJune 2019 aged just 9
Ty Hafan is a leading Welsh childrens charity which provides comfort, care and support to children with life-limiting conditions, along with their families. Through their vibrant hospice and diverse community programmes, they offer families short-break care and help them make the most of the time they have together; creating precious memories and ensuring a short life is a full life.
Ty Hafan made sure Thomas was comfortable during his battle and provided the family with with all the support that they needed.
