I am doing this in memory of my wife Karie who died tragically last year. I wanted to mark the anniversary of this in a special way and this provides the perfect way to do that as the date of the jump falls on exactly the first anniversary of losing her. River Kids is a charity that  provides vital support to some of the most vulnerable children and women in West Lothian. It is a charity that was dear to Karie's heart as well as mine and I know she would have been proud that we continue to support it.
