Many thanks for all your support as I undertook a 20 mile walkathon across the Mendips with Joe Davies recently. The rain held off and I avoided blisters thanks to my 1000 mile socks! 

This Sunday 3 July, I'll be competing in my next challenge, a 57-mile cycle tour of the Brecon Beacons. The weather looks good so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a fun day. There are around 400 riders taking part including my old university chum, Teeeenz! If you wish to donate for this event too I feel sure Weston Hospicecare would be delighted.
