Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Training for a MARATHON WALK isn't just a case of popping to the shops a couple of times, miles and miles have to be walked, hours and hours of my time taken up covering all types of different terrain. Walking boots are NOT cheap, I will wear out a pair just doing the training, I will get blisters, twisted ankles, chafes, trips and falls.. Not to mention the blood sweat and tears.. I am confident though, in 2016 I completed a MARATHON WALK circular around Salisbury and survived the Novichok..

This time I have decided to walk a linear path from St Mary Bourne to Crosfield hall Romsey that roughly follows the path of the River Test, a chalk stream in Hampshire, one of the few remaining pure chalk streams that isn't polluted the river water is still used to grow water cress.
