This year I will be running a 20 mile off road race called the 'Grizzly', the Hereford road Marathon & The Gower off road Marathon to help raise awareness of Mental Health in memory of a good friend. 

David John Rosser battled depression for 3 years before feeling he could not fight it any longer.  Sadly David leaves behind a wife and a 2 year old daughter. 

David felt like many people do and did not want to talk about his battle with depression so through his memory and through this year of fundraising I will be hoping to keep Mental Health a topic that is open and easy to talk about.
