When Shirley left us on March 2nd 2023 I decided I wanted to do one last Royal Parks Half (it's been a while since the last one!) in her memory to allow all her friends and family one last hurrah for her. 

We all have a Shirley in our life and by supporting research into developing new solutions perhaps we can rid ourselves of just one cause of so much sadness. Treatments have come a long way but there is more to be achieved.

Shirley's chosen charity was Target Ovarian cancer so I have included them in my fundraiser, and I would like to keep the two totals level if possible. Please visit the team page link above to donate to either charity
