When Shirley left us on March 2nd 2023 I decided I wanted to do one last Royal Parks Half (it's been a while since the last one!) in her memory to allow all her friends and family one last hurrah for her.

I am raising money for The Institute of Cancer research (ICR) and Shirley's chosen charity was Target Ovarian cancer so I have included them in my fundraiser, and I would like to keep the two totals level if possible. The first “team member” below is to donate to Target Overian Cancer and the second is to donate to ICR

We all have a Shirley in our life and by supporting research into developing new solutions perhaps we can rid ourselves of just one cause of so much sadness. Treatments have come a long way but there is more to be achieved.
