Organ Donation transforms lives. I'm raising money for this great local charity through a series of personal challenges, to mark the 20th anniversary of my heart transplant operation in August 2013.

The challenge is to do 20 new activities for the "first" time over the next year to celebrate 20 years of good health.  Each "first" has to be something that I have never done before and could never have done without my life saving operation. 

This is in thanks to the  family of my donor whose kindness changed my life and all the staff who have cared for me over the last twenty years at the Freeman Hospital where I had my operation and at Papworth Hospital, who now provide my continuing care. 

The Challenge is running until August 2013  and I am splitting my fundraising between the FHLTA and the Papworth Hospital Charity (Please follow this link to see my page for the Papworth Hospital Charity).
