Ty Hafan are a wonderful Hospice Charity for life limitied children, who, like all charities right now, have lost their fundraising lifelines. I cannot imagine running one of these centres and having to prioritise where the next £10 goes. 

As a teacher I have been lucky enough to work with some amazing children and families who have been life limited. "Lucky" seems a strange word  to choose but the love, the compassion, courage and the care that you witness in this situation is truly awesome in the truest sense of the word. Families need properly trained, compassionate people around them to guide them through this horrendous process. I can't guess what the children need apart from love, care and comfort. I'm lucky to have my children safely steered into adulthood. I cannot imagine what parents and families are going through right now with COVID and potentially being isolated from their loved ones at this time.
