Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Motor neuron disease, also known as ALS, is what the Ice Bucket
Challenge was all about. If you want to know about MND, visit the MNDA
homepage linked opposite.

My big event this year is going to be Etape du Tour 2016 – billed
as one of the toughest sportives in Europe. This year, the Etape will follow Stage 20 of the 103rd Tour de France, the queen stage of the Tour, and the last of three that will be centered around iconic Mont Blanc. It takes on several of the Alpine climbs finishing with the fearsome Col de Joux Plane, an hors catégorie summit that stands as the final obstacle before plunging to the Alpine town of Morzine which adds up to a total of 3350m climbing over 146km of distance.

I have 32 days left and many hard training rides ahead. My strava page to chart my progress on this amazing adventure is here: http://www.strava.com/athletes/3475390 - Follow it to keep updated!
