We all say November days are dark days, but no day is darker than the day you are diagnosed with a Grade 4 Glioblastoma Brain Tumour - the devastating news my brother-in-law Jerry Kerrisk received on a bright sunny day in June earlier this year.

Together with my sister Janice (Jerry's wife), nephew Niall and his partner Gordon we are each taking on the 99 Mile Challenge to raise funds for much needed research into finding a cure and better treatments for brain cancer.

Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this life limiting disease.

As a team we aim to walk 500 miles or more - so please help us now to raise as much money as we can!
