99 Miles in November is an exciting challenge which you can complete at your own pace. You choose how to make the journey – walk, run, cycle, swim or you could even take part on horseback.

Take part wherever and whenever. It’s only 3.3 miles (or 8,250 steps) per day.

However you choose to cover 99 miles throughout the month, you will be helping to bring hope to the one in three people in the UK who knows someone affected by a brain tumour.
