Hi! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

When it's raining and I'm feeling too tired to run, I sometimes wonder why I'm putting myself through all this training (what training?!) to run the half marathon. Then I remember everything Ella's been through in her 7 years of life. She's lived with a spinal cord tumour and hydrocephalus for 5 years and is currently having problems walking with her right leg as well as suffering from back pain.

Thinking about that makes me much more determined to run! I want to raise money for two organisations that offer support for families in our situation. Please feel free to sponsor me on either or both pages.

I've also managed to persuade about 10 more people (family, friends and work colleagues) to join me in running for these charities, so a HUGE thank you to them too. If you're one of their friends and they've directed you to this site, thanks for looking.

Thank you in advance for giving me even more reason to keep up the running. I've got to 7 miles so far - 13 miles still seems a long way off, so I really need your support!!! Go on, sponsor me now.....
