We give support, information & advice to help anyone born with a heart condition

Story

This autumn I am taking on two challenges (which I am finding fairly daunting!!). In late September I take on the Three peaks challenge: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. I will be doing this with my great friends, Bryony Blazeby and Helene Thomas (because they are as nutty as me!)  Two weeks later I will run the Royal Parks half marathon with my husband, Seb and my brother in law, Ben.  Why am I doing this? Because I want to raise money for The Somerville Foundation. My sister in law, Vicky was born with a Congenital Heart Condition; she was diagnosed as having no pulmonary artery between her heart and lungs, and only 3 chambers in her heart.

Throughout her life she received fantastic care and support from NHS hospitals, her friends and family and The Sommerville Foundation (formerly GUCH).

We were devastated to lose Vicky in September 2018 and three years on I want to raise more funds to help this fantastic charity.

Thanks so much, Annie x
