We're raising money for The Great North Children's Hospital in the memory of Lisa Kelly who tragically died recently whilst working at Bamburgh school.

This charity was very close to Lisa's heart & it will be a pleasure to do this in her name.

In an effort to raise as much as possible in Lisa's memory of this amazing cause, I'll be going live on Facebook every day at 12.00-13.00 from Monday 3rd July with each workout (aiming to move 50,000kgs every day)

The last workout will be Saturday 29th July 12.00-13.00 & members of STK are invited to join me in a Bootcamp style workout, whilst I perform the last workout that should hopefully have me reaching 1 million kgs moved.

Entry to the last workout is via a minimum donation of £10, when donating & wanting space simply comment 'SPACE PLEASE'
