We are raising funds to rebuild Harvest of Hope School so that it no longer experiences flooding.

Story

Please help us to raise funds for this important cause that is close to our heart. The Harvest of Hope school serves a poor community in the city of Phnom Penh. The education that it delivers provides a route out of poverty for the children who are born there. Unfortunately, the construction of a ring road nearby has adversely affected water drainage and the school now experiences regular flooding. This makes the school a health hazard when it is flooded, so the children's education get regularly disrupted. Together with Serve Cambodia, our partner in the country, Mission Direct seeks to safeguard the educational opportunities for this community by rebuilding it above the flood water level; this will  cost £33,000. Please help us rescue the school so it can continue to offer children a chance to get out of poverty. At the end of the project, any surplus funds will be allocated to Mission Direct's general Cambodia project development fund. Gift Aid payments will be used to fund Mission Direct's general operational and administrative costs.
