My Grandad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in December, he is due to start radiotherapy on 20th March 2018, the prognosis looks good and with any luck the he will be given the all clear later this year,  unfortunately over 11,000 men a year wont be so lucky. 1 in 8 men will develop prostate cancer at some point in their lives, your donation to Prostate Cancer UK will help fund vital research into early detection and treatment of prostate cancer.

So, in order to do my bit I've decided to grow a YEARD (a beard for a year, clever right!) from the date my Grandad was diagnosed (27th December 2017), you might be thinking, 'that's not that hard to do' and you'd be right, it's not, however it would appear that my beard, despite being blonde/brown haired, is incredibly ginger (there is nothing wrong with gingers) so it looks quite ridiculous :D. 

I will post a photo every couple of weeks to show the progress, anything at all you can donate would be appreciated massively, there will be some raffles for those who donate along the way.
