Why? Great idea when fit, back in 2020! Now a "veteran" at 40+, unfit & injured!

Why London? Wicked views and memories.

Don't like running? Indeed - it's purely for sustainability.

I struggle to get out, so absolutely appreciate the cheer-leaders helping me overcome that internal battle.
