Zoë's Place provides 24-hour palliative, respite and end-of-life care to infants aged 0-5 years with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. We provide short-term regular care with our dedicated nursing staff, in a home from home environment to give parents and carers a well deserved break.

Story

I have never done this before , but i could not think of a better reason to endure a long distance bike ride than to raise awareness and funds for Team Harvey , in memory of a special beautiful boy who was lost so tragically in 2011 aged 7.

Harvey lear was the son of my long time friends bryan and karen and so its a honour and pleasure to be able to ride alongside with him to brighton ( if he slows down for me !)

The chosen charity is zoes hospice who do excellent work for young children with life threatening illnesses and is also the chosen charity of bryan and karen.

To all who read this , i apreciate any words of encouragement and support and would be even more grateful if you could donate for a fantastic cause.

This event is also a british heart foundation event and so i want also to cycle in memory of dee puri who we lost suddenly in october 2012 of heart attack aged only 40 . Dee was a great man and is sorely missed by all who knew him.
