We have all battled with our mental health at some point in our lives - whether explicitly or not. Mind's goal is important to me: ensure mental health becomes less of a touchy subject, and something that we give proper attention and care to. I've seen many of my friends overwhelmed by the darkness that their own brain can project to them. Getting support when you're feeling like this can be quite difficult; Mind aims to change that.
