Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our Astrea Sixth Form St Neots Save the Children Christmas quiz and wear something Christmassy JustGiving page.
Students in the Sixth Form have been raising money for Save the Children every Christmas for the last few years. Each child supported by the Charity is helped to become who they want to be. They work with people from all around the world, improving education, food and access to medicine. The ethos of Save the Children is something that every school aspires to achieve.
In the UK save the Children are working in Schools, Communities, in Homes and in nurseries to help improve the life chances of the more than one quarter of children in England who currently live in poverty.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Christmas Onesies:
The KS5 team have been challenged to go full out and wear Christmas Onesies on the last day of term (18th December) in aid of Save the Children. They will accept the challenge if Sixth Former's raise enough money before the day.
£100 will get Mr Walker into a onesie
£200 will also get Dr Cullen into a onesie
£300 will add Mr Taylor (we all need to see this) and Mrs Walton and Mrs Emanuel.
You can donate as little as £2 through this site. If half of the Sixth Form donates the minimum amount, we will have beaten the £300 target.
